About Owen
Why I’m Running for Ward 5 City Council
I am running for City Council because this is where I want to raise my family. I moved to Newburyport 5 years ago with my family because of the parks, downtown, schools, local businesses, and sense of community.
Our city is at a critical point where we must invest to preserve the unique features that make Newburyport a great place to live. I believe in public service and chose a career where I represent the public interest. I believe that if you want to see improvements, you need to participate.
